Is Vexifa software free? +
All released Vexifa products are completely free with every feature unlocked — no Pro tier, no paywall, no degraded mode. Vexifa Cyber Secure, SmartSleep, PDF Auditor, and PDF Suite are downloadable free from the Microsoft Store. PDF Suite offers an optional $19/year PayPal subscription that removes a brief launch reminder after a 60-day grace period and helps fund continued development; it doesn't unlock anything new. Vexifa SEO, EMP, and the creative tools (Video, Photo, BeatBox, Rec) are in development.
Does Vexifa send my files to the cloud? +
No. All Vexifa desktop applications process data entirely on your local Windows machine. Files, documents, scan results, credentials, and project data never leave your hardware. This is an architectural constraint — the software is built so it cannot receive your data, not merely a policy that says it won't.
What Windows version does Vexifa support? +
Vexifa applications run on Windows 10 (version 1903 and later) and Windows 11. No .NET runtime or additional cloud agent is required. All released applications are available on the Microsoft Store.
How is Vexifa different from cloud subscription tools? +
Vexifa replaces cloud-dependent subscription tools with local-first alternatives. Where market-leading PDF editors upload your documents to vendor clouds, Vexifa PDF Suite processes every document locally. Where enterprise EDR platforms require constant cloud connectivity, Vexifa Cyber Secure works fully offline. You don't pay per-seat monthly fees, and you keep full ownership of your data and workflow.
Is Vexifa safe to download? +
Yes. All Vexifa applications are available on the Microsoft Store, which validates each submission through Microsoft's security review process. The apps are built with Rust via the Tauri framework for native Windows performance. Vexifa does collect anonymous crash and bug reports as well as usage statistics across all apps to improve stability and product quality — no personally identifiable information or project data is included in these reports.
